It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Amazing team

No more panicking

I'm so glad I went to step change, they contacted my debtors and sorted out the best affordable plan for me. I just make one monthly payment and they do the rest. No more stress, and my debtors and I know I'm doing my best to clear my debts. Stepchange saved my sanity

Getting help from Stepchange was a life saver. They were there when I was going through the worst time of my life, ready to help sort out a mammoth mess. They were understanding and non judgemental, and at the same time efficient and effective. Having Stepchange on my side empowered me to be able to talk to my creditors, and gave me a peace of mind that I hadn’t felt for a long time. The fact that I can make one single payment to Stepchange, and know that each creator is receiving a satisfactory payment, is a huge relief. They even gave me a projected date for paying off all my debt, which is just a great feeling, knowing there’s an end in sight. I couldn’t have sorted out my finances without them.
