Easy to contact & superb in supporting

It took me a while to take the initial step as was embarrassed and very angry the situation I had got into. Albeit it the pandemic was a factor as lost my job that was highly paid. Secured another job which was half the salary I used to be on. Step change communicated so brilliantly with no prejudice, they were understanding and really quick to help and communicate. It was good to be able to sleep and so grateful for how they have supported me. I have a long way to go to pay the debt off, however it’s at a better amount/pace what I currently was in. Peace of mind

Working with Step Change has changed my outlook on life and allowed me to focus on both my family and my career. I was struggling with debt and felt like I was sinking, and this was affecting my mental health, which in turn was having an impact on my relationships and performance at work. Step Change have help me to set up realistic payments with my creditors and manage this for me. I really appreciate all the support they have offered.
