It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Wonderful and extremely help support with Debt Management

Stepchange are a wonderful organisation - they put my mind at rest with helpful and practical debt solutions. I would recommend anyone who needs debt advice they will not find a better organisation who understand completely how people feel when they have fallen into debt and need a guiding hand to help them through the worst of their situation. Helfpful staff and saved me a lot of money

If you are looking to consolidate your debt and pay it off as quickly as possible, I thoroughly recommend Step Change. I was talking to a commercial organisation, found Step Change via a Google search and I am paying my debts off 18 months more quickly and laying less money than would have been the case. Very helpful and almost painless

Reassuring and professional

Was a bit wary Bout using at first, but after some phone calls I was feeling much better about being able to deal with my debt. The service was always professional, reassuring and friendly. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

Having recently being bereaved, I was having difficulty in keeping up my payments. I contacted Step Change who advised a debt management programmme. I submitted my income and expenditure account which was approved by Step Change and submitted to my creditors for their approval, which was granted. Fab company

Step change have helped me enormously with my debts and sorting the creditors out taking the strain off me. Obviously you have to supply them with all the relevant information but they then correspond with the creditors which prevents the creditors being on your back.
