No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

Really helped manage the stress of debt

I have nothing but praise for the support of people at step change. They helped me manage my debt which accrued in the context of my mental health problems. They were kind caring and professional directing me to the best way to handle my debts and also get mental health support. Without their help and guidance I don’t know where I’d be. Excellent service

I came to step change due to credit card issues. I explained it wasn't manageable and they then went on to explain how they could help me. It was a straight forward service and took a weight off my mind. I've continued what I believe to be a manageable amount. They deserve the Top Award for helping myself and others. Changed my life

I have a history of mental health issues and felt very out of control with my debt, and I decided to reach out to stepchange. They have well and truly changed my life and I now no longer worry about money. Free debt management

Amazing company

Brilliant company, their process is very easy to do and once all sorted it's kind of set and forget until you need a review, which again is a very simple process. So helpful

I was treated so well, I wasn’t judged. Online was user friendly, the advice given was good and released so much anxiety from my life when it was all set up.
