Renewing my Buy to Let mortgage

We've had a Buy to Let mortgage with Suffolk Building Society for some years now. I've just renewed on the phone today with a lovely lady called Maria. She was fantastic. Maria Giusti - Mortgage Consultant was excellent in sorting a mortgage switch for us. There were complicated elements which she resolved quickly and explained everything clearly. A really good experience with a company that really wants to help their customers. They are happy to look at situations that dont conform to larger lenders criteria & will judge each case purely on its merits. Ethan Whight Application Process

Our application was a complex one but Suffolks approach and communication was excellent throughout. They were always on hand and helpful to manage the process, and we were made to feel they were working with us at all times. Excellent service
