Me and my partner dealt with Stephen and Brandon .We had a fantastic experience with our mortgage lenders from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt supported. I have contacted the Suffolk Building Society from time to time with enquiries in respect of my mortgage - on each occasion I have received prompt friendly service and found the staff knowledgable and helpful. Outstanding Service.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received from Suffolk Building Society. I was assigned Stephen Lye to my remortgage and he was fantastic. Any queries I had were dealt with immediately and in detail. Stephen was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly but remained professional. I would 100% recommend Suffolk Building Society they were amazing. In todays world customer Services seems to be missing in a lot of companies, so it was very refreshing to have such a great company who you actually speak too and they listen. Well done 10/10. Customer Service is excellent.

I have been with Suffolk BS for three years now, with recent changes to my mortgage arranged by telephone and email. The process was necessarily thorough, but clear and efficient. It was especially helpful to be able to communicate with the same individual throughout, who understood my situation and requirements. The excellent customer service is a real bonus. The opportunity to go through options in detail, check out any queries and discuss issues before making a decision was most reassuring. Ethan Whight dealt with our application from the start to receiving a Mortgage offer. He dealt with our queries in a very professional manner and helped us throughout the application process. This is a very good balanced combination of on-line communication, together with the personal approach. Excellent mortgage providers and team

From start to finish, Ipswich - Suffolk BS team have been supportive, honest, clear, and respectful. They helped with any of our questions, and gave clear descriptions of all processes along the way. For example: we wanted to make a couple of lump sum payments, they clearly explained the difference between reducing mortgage time and reducing the monthly payments - to save overall on interest based on our forecast situation. All departments seem to work well together, and understand their fields with overlap of knowledge (or at least were able to redirect us efficiently to a member who could help). Strongly recommend. Exemplary customer service

I’ve had a mortgage with Suffolk since 2022. I’ve just renewed my mortgage for the second time. The customer service I’ve recently received and throughout the last four years has been exemplary. They always reply very quickly with the upmost professionalism and they are always friendly. I’ve banked with my different banks over the years and I can firmly say that they are one of the best.
