An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Happy long standing Member

I have held different savings accounts with the Society over the years and always found the rates competitive. I like to deal with my accounts on line and I have found this very easy to do. Customer Service response times are also very good. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

By phone or face to face excellent service

A REAL BOON FOR THE ELDERLY

My wife and I are in our mid-80's. We sought a home for our savings that would not entail too much technology - offering good old-fashioned personal service instead. The Suffolk Building Society provided the ideal answer. We were greeted in branch with real friendliness combined with impressive efficiency. The account was opened, monthly inward transfers set up and documentation received in very little time at all. We thought personal customer service had died.
