An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. The Family Building Society

My wife and I live in Leicestershire.

My wife and I live in Leicestershire and have never been to the Suffolk B/S branch. However, we are still made to feel as though we are part of what we believe to be something special. What is lacking these days in the banking sector is genuine customer contact and focus.
