An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Outstanding customer experience

The whole team at the Woodbridge branch from start to finish were exceptional, from the lady who greeted us when we were late for our appointment, to Benny who spent as much time as we needed patiently explaining the fixed term ISA options available, and then dealing with the transfer from another financial institution.
