Excellent customer service

We visited the Ipswich Branch of Suffolk Buliding Society and were very impressed by the excellent customer service . Amanda dealt with all our issues in a very thorough and professional manner, and spent considerable effort explaining everything to us , despite the fact that our visit had been unscheduled and we had been fitted in as an extra appointment.
