Transferring of ISA to higher interest rate

Setting up a Saver account

There was a problem submitting my details when trying to open a Regular savings account. The system consistently returned an error after pressing submit. I talked to two very helpful ladies, Courtney and Charlie who passed me on to technical help and Alex quickly discovered the problem. One of the field had a size restriction at their end, and once Alex informed me of that everything worked smoothly. I was extremely grateful to all three who showed patience, knowledge and great customer service. Couldn’t be better in solving quite a tricky problem. I’m very grateful to all, and mightily impressed by Suffolk’s customer service. Five stars to all. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
