old fashioned processes

Had a regular savings account for 3 years - could only get one annual statement despite going into a branch to ask for a print out - said it would have to be posted! No online facility at all to manage or view the account so when I closed the account I had to write a letter and wait for a cheque. Try to support local business but this is not efficient for me. Better late than never

Have been meaning to open a Savings Account for some time. We have no banks left in town but we have the convenience of the Suffolk Building Society here. Staff were very helpful in opening the account and always extremely pleasant when I go in to put some money in my account. Thank you. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2023
