More than willing to go the extra mile

I called into a different branch from usual to update my 8 grandchildren's savings books. Despite my details not being up to date ( my fault as I had not notified change of address) staff were assiduous in putting everything right and not making me feel responsible! I was so impressed. Local is best

Having come into a bit of money it was then a case of where to put it. There are a number of national (and international) establishments who give highly rated services but few (if any) gave a personal service with a real person. A warm welcome
