Excellent building society

I have found suffolk building society to be an incredibly good building society. I find their services quick and easy to use and I feel safe in the knowledge that my money is secure. The phone and in branch staff are lovely and always willing to help me with any queries I might have. More than willing to go the extra mile

I called into a different branch from usual to update my 8 grandchildren's savings books. Despite my details not being up to date ( my fault as I had not notified change of address) staff were assiduous in putting everything right and not making me feel responsible! I was so impressed.
