Friendly helpful staff, support their members with excellent organised discounted trips and visits and often some of the best savings rates. Support local community groups and organisation too. Reviewed on: 26th January 2022

The regular savings account has a very low interest rate . This is more than balanced by the high bonus rate provided there have been no withdrawals , which is paid on the anniversary of the account . Reviewed on: 26th January 2022

Suffolk's Best

Have been with them fir many years. Always found staff able to give good advice in calm manner, no gimmicks or subtle persuasion. Friendly atmosphere in branch always. Reviewed on: 26th January 2022

Where loyalty is rewarded

Over the last few years when general interest rates have plumeted, Ipswich (now Suffolk), building society have rewarded their customers by maintaining the same interest rate when renewing their regular saver account, Very rare in these times. Reviewed on: 26th January 2022
