An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Efficiently and smooth setting up of isa account.

My initial phone enquiry was answered immediately and positively with an offer to send me their application pack for a fixed rate isa. On returning the form by post I got a quick reply that my isa transfer-in request would be actioned as soon as possible on my chosen date.
