A REAL BOON FOR THE ELDERLY

My wife and I are in our mid-80's. We sought a home for our savings that would not entail too much technology - offering good old-fashioned personal service instead. The Suffolk Building Society provided the ideal answer. We were greeted in branch with real friendliness combined with impressive efficiency. The account was opened, monthly inward transfers set up and documentation received in very little time at all. We thought personal customer service had died. Our heartening experience with the Suffolk Building Society proved that belief a complete myth. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

Excellent Service, Excellent Rates

I only discovered Suffolk Building Society in December 2025, when I found them online. I love the simple, gimmick free approach as well as the excellent fixed rate I managed to get on my regular savings. The website is clear, quick to react and easy to navigate.
