An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Successful, fuss free LPA registration

Called in to branch without any other expectations than to get information re registering an LPA. Manager offered time with staff (Lia) to do this as I had all necessary documents. Process completed professionally , without fuss, and within predicted time. Lia made whole process easy and stress free - completely different from experience at other banks who I had made appts with. Fabulous customer service. As an aside, loved the vault- so interesting.
