An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. You are lucky if you live in Suffolk!

My son suggested that I look at Suffolk Building Society for my savings as the interest rates were very competitive. They have branches in my local town where all the banks have closed and provide a truly friendly and personal service. I couldn't believe my luck, as you have to live in the region to be a customer.
