About this product

You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Interesting interest rates!

I moved my lifetime ISA to Tembo & haven’t looked back, they’ve increased the Lifetime ISA interest rate 3 times in a row when other providers have decreased theirs…not much wonder they are the Lifetime ISA the market leader! Reviewed on: 21st January 2025

Opened a LISA with tembo, before joining i had no clue how it worked. But tembo not only did these short easy to understand bite sized articles tailored to different circumstances that helped me understand how it works, but also really supportive customer service who were just always there to guide and support. Then i got to know they also do market leading interest rates, was just the cherry on the cake. I think it is underestimated how important friendly, non judgemental and less scary looking financial services are for women who often can be left out of money conversations from early childhood. Tembo has literally made the impossible possible!

Tembo has literally made the impossible possible, I'm realistically saving up a deposit for a house. They're monthly newsletters keep me engaged with what is happening in the UK related to housing , being able to see what home I can afford in my desired aera and with a great community it has been amazingly positive time. My Tembo experience

I have has ZERO issues with Tembo from setting up my account, being straightforward and simple, to depositing money via direct debit and top ups, no problems at all! If any questions arose, the Tembo customer support team was on hand to help with my query answering on the same day! I’ve had a few different account types whilst trying to save, and Tembo has been hands down the best, simplest, fluent account I’ve had, I couldn’t recommend Tembo more! 12/10 for everything I have experienced so far!
