Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Really helpful team

I used Tembo throughout the whole process, from the initial phase of viewing/research properties to completion of the purchase. Any time I needed advice, the team from tembo were always on hand often at short ntice. They have a wealth of knowledge which made the process so much easier. The flexibility if meeting timings meant i could schedule calls during times that suited me. The easy to use app and website made everything so much easier to track. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

Grace and Callum at Tembo are amazing

Grace and Callum did for us what other brokers said wasn't possible and they did it without a fuss and so quickly. We are a somewhat unusual case and they took everything we told them under consideration and got us a mortgage offer with one of big banks at a better rate than we can find elsewhere. They've also continually checked in with us following the offer, have been willing to repeatedly check whether our rate has changed and informed us whenever they have heard from the lender. Kurt and Callum were amazing! I’m a first time buyer and the whole process was made so easy. I couldn't recommend them enough, they answered all my questions and provided all the extra support I needed whether it was mortgage related or not.
