Fantastic Advisors

Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Great company helped us with an alternative to equity release

The best mortgage advice we have ever had

Overall a really friendly and approachable mortgage advisor who told us exactly what we needed to hear. Where something didn’t go to plan, alternatives were explained and the processes behind it. Great news about the mortgage offer and I can’t thank everyone enough for all the help you have given us in getting this organised (especially Perry). I have never used a mortgage broker before but I am so glad I found you on a spur of the moment google search! The process has been first class; from my first call with Tanju to all my dealings with Perry over the last few weeks. Thanks very much Perry for organising everything, it has honestly been a pleasure to deal with you over the last few weeks and I cannot rate you and the company high enough. You have made a daunting process so streamlined and hassle free that I will definitely be back before my other mortgage deals run out and will also be recommending you to friends and colleagues As you know I found Tembo after speaking to another broker and I came away from that first broker thinking what we were wanting to do was not possible and was about to pull the plug on the purchase, which is why I am so happy that I found tembo via that google search. Does what it says on the tin

Tembo claim to increase peoples affordability and they certainly did that for us. They were also able to to work calmly and effectively at speed allowing us to enter a last minute ‘best and final’ bidding war for a property we saw last minute and fell in love with.
