Excellent Service & Advice

Amazing service from all of the Tembo team (including Dan, Tia, Paul & Lauren). Due to being self-employed, I was struggling to arrange a remortgage after a separation, but the team at Tembo made the process quick, easy and stress free. Dan is some kind of mortgage wizard and I’ll be forever grateful that his expertise has allowed me to stay in the home I love! Dan and Tia have guided me through every step of the application and always been on hand to help with questions or queries. Friendly and informative with best interests in mind

We found Tembo through my employer benefits and as first-time buyers we were really unsure on how to even apply for a mortgage let alone the need for surveying and conveyancing! Ben was our advisor and was so helpful from the start and genuinely had our best interests in mind - he guided us through the application process document by document rate by rate and made the process so exciting for us. Really responsive team and with our case manager Amy we were receiving frequent updates about how our application was progressing. Would and will recommend this service to anyone!
