Tesco rewards partner Hotel.com

Used a Tesco Voucher to book a hotel through Hotel.com. Due to a technical issue with Hotel.com I was overcharged. Hotel.com didnt want to know neither did Tesco. Expected some support from Tesco but they just simply didnt want to know and said it wasnt their problem. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Superb Service

Poor Employee Communication

I had phoned up to make initial payment and then make a date to set up a standing order which didn't get put through which meant missed payment. When ringing to find out what had happened no date had been put in the system and then this employee left no notes so other employees kept ringing to ask for payment! Reviewed on: 8th June 2019
