The worst credit card company I have ever used, they...

The worst credit card company I have ever used, they call themselves a digital bank yet their app is a decade behind every other bank. Their customer service advisors are the worst you can deal with, so rude to the point your shocked at how they speak to you. If you ring more than once youl be advised different answers from different advisors and keep an eye on the interest they charge as they like to charge it when its not actually owed and its always oh sorry its a mistake. Scam, robbers.

Had a credit card for a few years. They know my pay gets paid last working day of thr month and refuse to change my payment date to anyway near my payday then charge me £12 every single month. Reviewed on: 31st October 2024
