Outstanding Service from start to Completion

My BDM Amar Mashru was so helpful in helping me present the case. He was quick with responses and very knowledgeable with all aspects of criteria. Somy, well she was just so amazing and went beyond the call of duty with her communications and understanding of the case. I cant praise her enough. Also, a mention to Eric who was quick to overcome my challenges when I called in for help. Outstanding service from all involved and one super happy broker and client. Excellent rage of savings products. Secure online message service very good. I have opened 3 accounts recently and it was easy to do so Account certificates arrived shortly afterwards. Delighted to have become a member a terrific building society. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Excellent service from start to finish

From start to finish have had such good support and assistance. Very clear explanations. Wuick response and I was en ex pat with no luck till FBS and they made the whole process easy. Have now cleared Morthage and they even congratulated me Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Excellent Service
