Product Rate Switch

I was concerned that I would not be able to do a product switch to a 2 year fixed rate because my mortgage ends in 18 months, however having explained my situation with Kerion, he soon put my mind at rest when he told me that it would not be a problem, as FBS will extend my mortgage to fit in with the new 2 year fixed rate. Brilliant help from Ed

We have a case where an older client has approached us for a capital and interest mortgage. We have emailed Ed Dawson all the details and Ed has been brilliant with helping us with the figures and whether the case is possible. We have just submitted the case this morning and are very optimistic this will go through. We are very happy with the help we have had from Ed and will keep in touch if we need anything further. I called Louise today, helpful and great service
