I almost gave up.

I almost gave up. I had emailed a mortgage broker who never replied. I tried another building society and I am still waiting. But then I contacted the Family Building Society and I talked with Louise who was friendly, funny and knew her stuff. Within 24 hours I had a detailed reply and a clear way forward. I called the telephone adviser today, not knowing what to expect. He was very helpful knowledgeable about the Society's products, put me at ease and gave me so much good information that I can go back to my client with extreme confidence. Superb customer service

Spoke to Luke Green regarding two matters relating to our current mortgage and impact for the future. He was knowledgeable, extremely polite and very helpful.
