Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. Family Building Society Review

My initial enquiry was for a Bridging Loan, which the Family Building Society doesn’t offer. They did however, make an appointment for a call back from an advisor who would look into other options that they could offer. Linda, the advisor, was very patient and very knowledgeable and worked through various scenarios with me. Unfortunately based on my income I was unable to access the amount of money I needed. Linda didn’t stop there, but put me in touch with a third party with whom I can discuss other options. All in all, I felt that I really mattered and that she was doing her best for me. Clear and

I have had a mortgage with the Family Building Society for 2 years and have always found them helpful and clear in telephone calls. They give the impression of wanting to make things happen, to always want to say yes rather than no and understand whatever stands in the way of achieving a mortgage, and work to clear the path.
