Lisa Adams was very helpful and understanding. Her knowledge was excellent, she took her time to make sure i understood everything about my mortgage switch. Introductory Phone Call Bodes Well!

What a joy to speak to an interactive person, who although has to extract certain core info, it is not through a rigid box-ticking process. A promised call-back following a criteria check happened within minutes, with a courtesy call the following day. And love the on-hold music - Santander, eat your heart out!
