Excellent company

Only been with them for a couple of weeks when my boy was taken seriously ill very suddenly and we had to have him put to sleep within 5 days, called them up was treated with so much compassion they sent out the insurance forms and paid out everything I was entitled to . Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Pet insurance that takes the worry away.

I’ve been with this insurance company for nearly 6 years now and I’ve had two claims with them. Both claims were dealt with and paid in a timely manner and all my queries were answered professionally when I phoned. The only thing that I’d mark them down for is not being able to complete the claim form on line. I don’t have a printer and it took nearly two weeks for them to post it out to me. Saved my day.

Saved my day.bought a pup unfortunately unknown to me,was inbred..unscrupulous breeder I later found out.let my heart rule my head.so many things wrong with him.I am 76 and a pensioner and could have cried the list of his problems.at one stage was advised by vets maybe best to euthanise poor little soul.found emporium on line and I feel blessed.what a wonderful company.great customer service and it was my first claim for a large operation which they thankfully covered all expenses.usually there are hidden things in small print with insurance companies but everything was so upfront ,comprehensive and so reasonable priced.This company is a little Diamond and I am so happy I found them.cannot recommend them enough.ten out of ten all the way Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
