Excellent pricing and a pleasure to deal with!

Transparent and very competitive pricing. Amout of payout is clear. There are other products that would pay out more of the claim, but for substantially higher premiums. For us it was a perfect mix of insurance to cost ratio. Have claimed twice (two different pet policies) and both times has been straightforward and paid quickly (most recently, payment within a week of submitting) with an easy to fill-in claim form. The only additional info they needed were our bank details to settle the claim! Genuinely couldn't be happier with our decision to insure with them. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

No issues with claim - highly recommend

No issues with paying out on an equestrian claim. Customer service very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend them for equestrian insurance. Excess does add up if you’ve got a big claim but I believe this is the done thing with most companies now. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
