Very good prices

When I rang to renew my pet insurance for Jasper the Cockapoo my renewal price was lowered to the previous year when I asked if there was anything they could do, very much appreciated. Reviewed on: 14th October 2023

Not had to use the insurance but great so far

No hassle insurance

Great company! Easy to set up the pets policies. We’ve been with The Emporium for several years now as the quote each year has been competitive. We had to claim for one of our cats a few years ago. Friendly no fuss company

We have been with the Insurance Emporium for our pet insurance for some years now. We have unfortunately had to make several claims. Each time the process has been fast and the expected payout been made. When you call you get a person Not only that they are always friendly, polite, knowledgable and answer any queries. Great insurance company!

I have had to make a few claims for my horses since being with the Insurance Emporium and they have always been so helpful and always settled my claim very promptly. Fuss-free claims process when we needed it.

Our much-loved cat fell ill with lymphoma; unfortunately he didn't survive but the diagnosis and palliative care he received was extremely expensive. The Insurance Emporium paid promptly and with the minimum of fuss. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023
