Fuss-free claims process when we needed it.

Our much-loved cat fell ill with lymphoma; unfortunately he didn't survive but the diagnosis and palliative care he received was extremely expensive. The Insurance Emporium paid promptly and with the minimum of fuss. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Value for money

HAD 2 DOGS AND A CAT WITH THEM, UNFORTUNATELY ALL PASSED. MADE MANY A CLAIM WITH THEM AND PAYMENT WAS ALWAYS PROMPT AND EXPLAINED. NOW HAVE PUPPY AND INSURED AGAIN WITH THEM. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

So straightforward!

Wasn’t sure my dog’s condition would be covered by my previous policy as it was due for renewal, phoned for advice before submitting a claim but was paid out with no trouble at all! So happy with Emporiums customer service I renewed the policy for another year. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Competitive and fair

We moved insurer’s to Insurance Emporium when our old insurance premiums shot up. Competitively priced, and each renewal only small increases. Clear about what is not covered (pre-existing) but paid out (less excesses) for everything else. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Great service

I use The Insurance Emporium for all of my animals (3 dogs, 2 horses and 1 cat) and have done for over 3 years. The fees are affordable, information online is clear, it's easy to get in touch, and when my pony was diagnosed with a health condition, The Insurance Emporium paid out - which was such a relief. Competitive pricing and great service
