how good on pay out

Cannot fault the way claims have been handled , it's not untill you need the insurance ( which you hope will not need ) that you find out how good they are , and they are they have been good with us . Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Charlie is healthy again

Best pet nsurance company I have used . Charlie our elderly King Charles Spaniel had to have his Spleen removed as he was very poorly. They were very helpful and settled our claim straight away and best of all Charlie is now very well again Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Price is Good

It was very easy to set up the insurance and very quick as well as the price was very good compared to competitors i was quoted for been with them for 3 years or so now. And never had any problems. Would recommend to others. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

The Insurance Emporium

I was drawn to pet insurance, provided by The Insurance Emporium, because of the fantasic reviews and ratings. I found it incredibly easy and fast to sign up to online, and the guidance was concise and really easy to follow. Given how much costs are rising these days, I found the value for money to be much better than what other pet insurance providers were offering. I feel that my beautiful puppy, Prince, is in good hands and will be looked after by The Insurance Emporium if his health ever suffers, and it won't break the bank either. Brilliant

Great service and value for money

Good value for money and a great service. I was unable to find the same level of cover cheaper anywhere else. I also had to make a claim for vets fees; the process was simple and I was paid out quickly and without dispute. Because of the quality service I received I have remained with them for several years and won’t be changing anytime soon. Purrfect

My baby boy has been insured for many year by the Insurance Emporium. He’s not really a baby anymore. He has diabetes and requires insulin everyday. He is well covered by the insurance emporium. Claiming is easy and I wouldn’t ever change to another company. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

No hefty increase each year

I have used the Insurance Emporium since my dog was 6 years he is now 13 luckily I havent had any problems but neither has my premium skyrocketed like it did with previous insurers Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Pet insurance

My dog was diagnosed with Addison disease at the age of 7. She gradually got worser over the weekend and by Monday she was so poorly that the vet did not think that she was going to make it. It was expensive initially to diagnose and titration of medications. I have had to submit several invoices and I have not had a problem. We received immediate refund of what owned.
