My dog was diagnosed with Addison disease at the age of 7. She gradually got worser over the weekend and by Monday she was so poorly that the vet did not think that she was going to make it. It was expensive initially to diagnose and titration of medications. I have had to submit several invoices and I have not had a problem. We received immediate refund of what owned. I've been using this insurance for a few years now for both my dogs and I've had the misfortune to have to use it quite a few times as 1 dog has recurring problems. They've always been very helpful whenever I've phoned with a query and helped the best they could. I'd recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023
