excellent customer service

I had just taken out cover on one of my dogs but unfortunately he passed away on the day the cover was due to start, when I called to tell them they were very sympathetic and refunded my premium i was very impressed, so I took out another policy for my other dog Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Approachable and reliable

I am so pleased with my experience with The Insurance Emporium. They deal with claims incredibly efficiently by email, always have clear and easy to understand documentation and the premiums are very reasonable. I had cause to call the phone helpline after one of my cats had passed away and the person was so helpful and sympathetic. I felt very looked after at a very vulnerable time.
