Excellent pet insurance

My retired assistance dog has been receiving vet care for sometime but I never have to stress whether the bill will get paid, it does and whenever I ring they are so efficient and caring plus their online portal is so easy to use. They have carried my dogs insurance from when he was working through into his retirement without any interruption to his insurance cover I cannot thank them enough Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Insurance done as it should be

I have been a customer of insurance emporium for the last few years and have had to call on them several times. Every time the process has been straightforward, simple and stress free, with information, advice and help throughout the journey of my ill or injured fur baby. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The phones are answered quickly and anything that can be sorted direct with the vet is always done to relieve the stress.
