Compassionate company

Often well call insurance providers its because things go wrong and your mood is not great. I have needed to call or claim for things that were causing me to be very distressed and sad. Insurance emporium have never let me down they are always kind and very empathetic to my queries. I wouldn't even consider switching providers for any of my pets. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Easy convenient value for money

Reliable and approachable

Best insurance experience

We have had insurance with Insurance Emporium for a few years and our elderly cat was very well looked after by them. We were really pleased with the ease of claiming and the fact that nothing was ever queried. We have now taken out insurance with them for our new puppy. Hopefully we won't need to claim for a long time but I'm sure it will be as easy as it was with our cat. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Comprehensive insurance for my life saving Assistance Dog

The insurance emporium provide comprehensive insurance for my assistance dog Rosie. Without the cover they provide, Rosie’s vet bills would be a huge stress on me but with the insurance emporium’s help I can afford to do whatever it takes to keep my life saving pup in pawfect shape! The process for setting up, renewing and claiming is easy and all of the staff I’ve spoken with have been very personable and make a hard time easy when we need to claim anything.
