Kind, thoughtful and quietly efficient

When my dog had to have an operation and subsequently had to be put to sleep, the person at the end of the phone understood and didn’t make a fuss when I broke down and couldn’t finish the call. Most recently, when my card payments unexpectedly stopped the matter was dealt with over the phone quickly and immediately without having to put me through to another department or operator. Impressive Insurance Company.

I gave gas and continue to have excellent service from The Insurance Emporium having had to call them in on ongoing treatment for my dog. They were quick to sort out vets bill and I was reimbursed quickly also. No great increase increase in premiums either. Very impressed with this company. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

The best pet insurance company

I have been insuring my dogs for many years and used a good few insurance companies. The Pet Emporium is so flexible with its choice of plans and has been excellent in offering insurance for older dogs with its cost share options. This means I can keep my precious dogs covered at ripe old ages with a reasonable monthly premium. Even when I have to claim I know I am only responsible for a small part of the total amount. Vet treatment is advancing so much much more can be done which also means the risk of paying for expensive treatment increases too. Any claims I have made have always been settled promptly and larger claims have been paid direct to my vets. Honestly I can’t fault them ! 5-star Pet Insurance - 5-Star service!

Recent serious injuries to my cat required a necessarily-protracted insurance claim, which was handled compassionately, professionally, promptly and seamlessly from start to finish. Customer Service staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and efficient and claims were assessed and paid at lightning speed. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are without doubt THE go-to pet insurance company with excellent value-for-money premiums and a no-nonsense, customer-focused business model. I would recommend that everyone switches to the Insurance Emporium for their pet insurance as soon as they can! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
