Why i always choose to insure my animals with The Insurance Emporium

I have been using The Insurance Emporium for several years now to insure my horses. Each time i have made a claim it has been dealt with quickly, efficiently and hassle free. When i recently lost my older horse my claim was dealt with sympathy, understanding and support. I would not hesitate to recommend The Insurance Emporium. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

3 Cats and 2 Lawsuits

We were with petplan for years, and when our cats turned 10 the premiums went through the roof. We found The Insurance Emporium online and not through a comparison site. Prices elsewhere were extortionate, and we were excluded from a lot of insurers due to the cats being over 10. However, the Insurance Emporium seemed like a fair and reasonable price and we scoured through every detail of the small print to ensure we were getting good value and great protection Ford our 3 health cats... Within 4 months of joining them, we lost a cat to the AVA toxic cat food situation. We had spent a fortune, and sadly we lost a 2nd cat shortly after to the same situation. It feels like we have consistently made claims, however its never been questioned or difficult, but entirely sympathetic and Stress free. The process has been quick, informative and aside from excess and other admin fees, we l got a large chunk of our expenses back. Our third cat, (whom never ate the toxic food) has since possibly developed a secondary effect, perhaps through grooming, and has now began showing symptoms of the same prolonged long-term disease created by the catfood, and again The Insurance Emporium have covered us for investigation costs. Yes, the premiums have gone up a little but it was well worth for what we would’ve been out of pocket for. And we received a multi cat discount anyway. They have been so great that I almost feel guilty for claiming so much over the last two years having only just joined! I have no doubt the service is 100 times better than what I would have received from Petplan. The Insurance Emporium have been helpful, informative and with absolutely fantastic Customer Service every time, UK based as well. We get a real family feeling from them. Pays out when required

Speedy efficient service and support

All three of our pets are insured with IE. Had to claim for our pet dog. Service was friendly, efficient and paid without quibbling. Renewal price was good as well. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Good and affordable prices

I was hunting around for pet insurance for our springer spaniel, everywhere was so expensive as soon as you click "springer Spaniel," i can only assume because they are very active. I came across Emporium and the insurance we wanted/needed was priced well that i took out a policy there and then. Not only are they well priced their services are an easy god-send. easy to ring and details changed within a matter of minuets, highly HIGHLY recommend for pet insurance.
