Cost of pet insurance

The insurance emporium have been a great help with keeping the costs down of my pet insurance during the cost of living crisis. They have been extremely helpful and supportive. When it came to my frenchie’s operation they were amazing with paying out the claims and guiding me through the process. My baby is definitely in good hands! Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Great value and claims promptly dealt with!

Our cat has been insured with The Insurance Emporium for around 19 months. I originally chose them because my mum has had great experiences with them and also, unsurprisingly, because they were the best value. Reliable, helpful and friendly.

Great company, fast and efficient.

Had a claim recently on my pet insurance for my dog who had 3 skin tumours removed, Insurance Emporium covered the bill minus the excess and the money was in my account within two weeks of the operation. Great service and I highly recommend this company. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Easy - no fuss pet insurance

Have been with Emporium for the past 4 years. Their fees are highly competitive but the real test is when you come to claim and II have done so twice with an easy to complete form countersigned by the vet and on both occasions payment made within a couple of days - no hassle - no fuss. Their recent price rise has been minimal when compared to other brands. The great thing is they keep you in touch their communications are great. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Hassle free, trustworthy and fair

I rarely have to claim on my Insurance Emporium Pet Policy, but when I do, the claim process is simple, way to follow and speedy. I’m kept informed of progress st every step of the way. My vets say they wish all insurance companies were as good! Reviewed on: 20th August 2023
