I took insurance on my Alapaha last year from the day we brought him home as a pup. Sadly we had to claim due to poorly ears. When we did we found they had recorded the breed incorrectly which would usually have meant an increased co-payment. However they were excellent and allowed me to pay the lower co-payment for the ongoing claim. Claims process was quick and painless. I would highly recommend. Plan is Lifetime Gold. Could not be happier

A friendly, accessible team and great value

I’m so pleased I found this insurance company for my dog’s cover. They are easy to contact by phone and very flexible with their cover. I switched from a basic cover with them to a Lifetime’s cover and received excellent advice from their agent whilst doing so. Chatting to other dog owners in my local park, I began to realise just how competitive my quote was. My monthly payments, which give me up to £2,500 vet’s fees cover per month, are much more favourable than any one else, especially the more well known companies. Sadly Sid had to be put to sleep. IE paid once the vet eventually filled in their paper work, which took 3 weeks. The payment less excess arrived about 2 weeks later. Good service. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023
