Easy to deal with and reliable

Every time I need to contact this insurer, whether it’s for queries on renewals or for a claim, they’re always very easy to get hold of and very helpful and polite. Their portal is quick and easy to access and navigate making any information you need easy to access. I have had to make claims on three different horses with this insurer for completely different reasons/conditions. All three claims were smooth and hassle free. Great pet insurance

The insurance, Emporium offers great reasonable insurance, which covers all essential areas and offers it to create competitive price. Hassle free fast and very helpful

Our girl bell is 11 years old and broke her big back tooth on a nyla bone. Bell is a Stafford and they have strong jaws, we tried to save her tooth but in the end couldn't and it needed to come out.the emporium payed the vet within days so straight forward. Trusted and reliable

We have been more than impressed with Insurance Emporium for pet insurance. Over the last few years we have had two cats and our dog insured with them. Each time we've had to make a claim, it's been fuss free and claims paid promptly. Communication has been fantastic each time, with emails keeping us up to date with the process and expected timescales.
