Decent value for money

Great company

I have not had to make a claim in the years that I have been with them however there has never been any issues with renewals or anything. Great price and no hassle. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Above and beyond

Easy claim after emergency

Having needed to make a claim when our dog required surgery it was quite straightforward. My only issue was the amount the premium went up the following year. I'm paying more than double to what I pay for my other dog who is only 2 years younger. Other than this I've found the company to be quite easy to deal with Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Very efficient.

Easy to deal with.

I am grateful to this company for swiftly settling a claim when my cat needed vet treatment. Sadly my cat died a few months later and the refund of premium was more than expected and very timely. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Easy to claim

Great Customer Service
