Easy, no quibble, no stress

Our dog was diagnosed with DCM. No issues on payments, excess, renewals. Never a quibble on paying. Monthly Premium did increase each year, as you would expect, but never excessive, particularly considering the cost of his meds. Would highly recommend and will use in the future. Simply the best!

Lovely people - very understanding and comforting when we lost our beloved little dog. They are great value and paid up without quibble, when our other little dog needed treatment, even though we had only been with them for a short time. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Quick, Hassle free, no worry insurance

I have all my pets with Insurance Emporium. They have paid up, always. The 1st time I had to claim was for my dog, when she got a Infection in her womb and had to have it removed. When they asked me what Insurance company I was with the girls face dropped. I ask if they were bad, and that's when she told me she'd never heard of them till the day before. I went home few quiet worried. Then when I took Coco back the following week they told me you paid up straight away, when most companies took 8 weeks plus. To say I was very happy and relieved was and understatement. And I've stayed with you ever since. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
