Wonderful insurance!

Pet insurance for multi-dog household.

Excellent discount for those who have more than one dog. We have five. The paperwork sent out to us is always clear and concise and states clearly what is covered by your chosen policy. We have remained loyal to the Insurance Emporium as they continue to give us a consistently good deal on renewal, which is most important when money does not go as far these days!. best insurance company by far

i use IE for all my horses , so easy to deal with , so friendly and the staff are so helpful . i had a poorly pony this year and its the 1st time iv had to deal with a insurance claim like this before , there were a few issues with details on my insurance ( on my behalf not there's ) I'm dyslexic so struggle with alll the wording and the dos and don'ts , any questions i had or things i didn't understand were explained in full to me , and the team was fantastic . it makes it really hard for me as my reading is very poor , i honestly couldn't thank the team enough for helping me fix my pony . they were so patient and understand with me . great company have recommended to lots of my horsey friends . thanks guys . rachel Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
