Very good communication and empathy

Our fur babies are protected

I never had pet insurance before but I got it when we adopted some pedigree cats who have become our babies. I feel happier knowing they are protected as I previously worked in life insurance and I have seen the impact of illness and accidents where there is no cover in place. Sadly, we claimed on our first policy because our first fur baby passed away suddenly. The process to claim was quick and simple and there was no fuss or argument. We were able to cremate our cat and some of the money was put towards adopting another. I will always take the cover now knowing they are protected and that it could help towards rescuing more animals in the future. Excellent horse insurance

I've had 2 horses insured who sadly last year had multiple visits to the vet hospital. The insurance emporium helped with vet bills, follow up physio treatment, and when unfortunately both horses had to be put to sleep, they paid out then too. I now have another horse, I had no hesitation in using insurance emporium for his cover, although I hope I never have to use it. I have had such a difficult year loosing both horses, and at a young age, but with the insurance cover I know I was able to give them the best treatment. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
