The best insurance provider

We’ve been using the insurance emporium for years. Sadly we had a very poorly boy cat and they acted wonderfully. Paid out quickly and showed compassion when we lost our boy. The best insurance company ever. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Excellent customer service

You always hope to never have to speak to your insurance company. Every time I've had to speak to them usually for advise they have always been very patient and helpful. You don't feel they have a time KPI on you like most call centres. They always resolve your query and are happy to help. I've thankfully only ever claimed once and hope I never have to again. Great cover

I was impressed with the insurance policy that covered my cat, in an accident that happened the insurance all veterinary costs and on going treatment, my cat made a full recovery and I had no out of pocket expenses. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
