Great pet insurance.

I have had no issues with my insurance… When I had to claim for Armani it was simple and they did not quibble or drag things out. It was an emotional upsetting time and to know that I had insurance that alleviated financial pressure at such a time was reassuring & also the person that I spoke to showed genuine concern with regards to my pet. Outstanding service

I had cause to speak to customer service several times over a really stressful time about my dog and companion. The advice and service was second to none and the service agents were very compassionate and understanding, this is the type of service you need when your pet is not well. Unfortunately some months later my border terrier died and I was totally heart broken. The care and compassion from the first phone call to the last was 100% compassionate. Better than the rest

I started with Insurance Emporium almost 4 years ago. The insurance price was competitive and as I had heard plenty of horror stories about other insurance companies putting up premiums by a considerable amount each year, thought I would try a company I had not heard of. I have been very surprised by how good a company this is. Whenever I have contacted them the response has been prompt and if necessary new documents have been issued. Whenever anyone asks about pet insurance I always recommend Insurance Emporium, either on social media or face to face. I am that happy with the company and how it works for me, when I purchased another dog I did not hesitate to contact them to insure her. I had spoken with a staff member about a month before my new purchase just to check what I would need to do. She talked me though my options clearly, also advising when I could insure my new dog from. I decided to wait until I had picked up my new dog before phoning to insure. The staff member I spoke with was polite and very helpful. We went through all the relevant information and linked my new purchase to my existing record. I was advised the paperwork may take a few days to appear on my record but it was there within hours. This company puts its customers first and has obviously got the ethic right in how to deal with their customers. Long May that remain. Reviewed on: 29th September 2022
